As a rule during one order more then 20 candidates can be interviewed for choosing the best specialists which will be invited to final interview with the customer.

The fee for service in the sphere of Executive Search are formed on the base of annual per sent salary calculation of candidate and with due regard for difficulty and geography of search.

As a rule the progress payment is stipulated - 20 –30% of annual income (including taxes) of hired specialist. Service guarantee of Executive Search – up to 1 year.

• Preliminary consultation on the state of labour market and salaries;

• Make an order form and co-ordinate it with Client . The form contains requirements to candidate, description of opening position and schedule of search;

• Search in the electronic database of company;

• Search using advertising in mass media;

• Compulsory personal interviewing of candidates in the office of company;

• Professional psychological testing of candidates (express-diagnostics);

• Choosing of more suitable candidates to introduce to client;

• At will - thorough psycho- diagnostics investigation and psychotherapeutic interview;

• Checking candidates (personality);

• Checking the references of final candidates;

• Providing return contacts from hired employee during the guarantee period.
  
  As a rule the payment is stipulated – 16-20% of annual income (including taxes) of hired specialist. Service guarantee of Executive Search – up to 0,5 year.
   

Recruitment - temporary staff – payment depends on hour rate of employee. Rates depends on qualification of specialists and term of hire.
